Redox Water Technology is specialized in waste water treatment systems for primary, secondary (biological) and tertiary waste water treatment. The Redox product range carried by ACG Technology Ltd. consists of screens, dissolved air flotation units, and Package Treatment Plants.

Redox curved screens are robustly built and require a minimum of maintenance and attention, as the raw waste water is pumped over a curved, wedge wire, screen plate where separated particles slide down, and the screened water leaves the screen via the outlet. The screen can be equipped with a programmable spray cleaning device in case the waste water contains fiber-like materials or fat, and for heavy polluted waste water, a vibrating screen plate can be installed to guarantee clog-free operation.

Dissolved air flotation units include the KCL flotation unit; designed to treat large wastewater flows for the removal of suspended solids, oil, fat, grease and other dispersed and/or flocculated materials with micro flotation, and the WWL flotation unit; designed for wastewaters with COD contents of 10 000 mg/l and higher.

Package water treatment plants are offered via the Biocon; a traditional activated sludge plant designed to enable a continuous process to take place and able to treat wastewater capacities in standard systems from 50 to 500 population equivalent, or the contrasting REDOX SBR plant, which is operated intermittently and consequently accepts without difficulty, discontinuous raw water feed. The latter design makes it possible to control the consecutive process steps independently by means of a central control unit, requiring practically no supervision.

PACKAGE TREATMENT PLANTS (SBR)

• Consists of one tank equipped with an aeration system and necessary control equipment.
• Processes take place in one tank, but in successive stages.
