ACG Technology's signature equipment includes package treatment systems, coalescing oil/water separators (coalescers) and membrane systems.
Our pre-packaged continuous wastewater treatment equipment is designed for plants needing to treat flows from 5-50 gallons per minute; larger systems can be supplied but would be assembled on site. Whether pre-packaged or site assembled, the waste treatment system reduces installation costs and comes as a complete system, including all chemical feed and transfer pumps, mixers, and control panel. ACG also offers batch wastewater treatment systems as an economical alternative for treatment of smaller or intermittent flows. We offer systems for treating wastewaters containing metals, emulsified and free fats, oil and grease, suspended solids, BOD and COD. ACG supplies both physical/chemical treatment and biological treatment systems, to suit your unique process requirements. From food processing, to metal finishing, to sanitary wastewater; ACG Technology can provide a treatment system tailored to your needs.
ACG Technology offers coalesers in a standard range from 1 to 50 USGPM. Coalesers are excellent at removing free oil from water, cleaning solutions and coolants, extending their useful life in process applications. They can also be applied as part of a treatment train to remove free oil, fats and greases from wastewater, allowing it to be disposed of in sanitary sewers, thereby reducing expensive haulage and disposal costs. If our standard range won't accommodate your flows, we can design a system that will. ACG coalescers are available in carbon steel, stainless steel, FRP and polypropylene construction, to suit the characteristics of your application.
Our membrane system MaxFlux, is a particular ACG Technology specialty, as advances in membrane design are delivering significant savings for all types of industries. MaxFlux utilizes micro, ultra and nano-filtration as well as reverse osmosis in recovery and treatment equipment. A small ultra-filtration system called the Hydrosep was designed to meet a wide range of industrial waste treatment needs with a single, compact unit. The Hydrosep lowers disposal costs by removing emulsified oils from wastewater so that it can be disposed of to the sewer.
PACKAGE TREATMENT SYSTEMS
- Treats for heavy metal, phosphate removal, chrome reduction, and cyanide oxidation.
- A self-contained tank system, built with polypropylene and reinforced with steel for corrosion resistance.
- Pre-piped and pre-wired; therefore reducing installation costs.
- Includes all chemical and transfer pumps.
- Reduces installation costs.
- Comes with everything needed on the unit, including all chemical feed and transfer pumps, mixers, and control panel.
COALESCING OIL/WATER SEPARATORS (COALESCERS)
- High quality stainless steel construction in a self-contained unit.
- Ceramic membranes are not affected by temperature, pH, harsh chemicals, or other contaminants.
- Maintains a low level of contaminants in the cleaner; improving cleaning.
- Reduces quantity of cleaner disposed thus cutting chemical treatment costs,
- Reduced cleaner consumption equals lower operating costs.
- Saves cost through waste minimization and labour reduction (for tank cleaning).
MEMBRANE SYSTEMS (MAXFLUX)
